Refund & Return Policy (digital products and services)

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from roelu s.r.o. (“Roelu”, “we”, “us”).

1) What we sell

We sell digital products and digital services, including (but not limited to) website audit services that are delivered as a PDF report by email (“Digital Deliverables”).

2) No physical returns

Our products are delivered digitally. There are no physical items, so returns do not apply.

3) All sales are final (no voluntary refunds)

All purchases are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for Digital Deliverables, including cases where you change your mind after purchase.

This includes, without limitation:

• change of mind or “no longer needed”
• dissatisfaction based on expectations not explicitly promised
• requests to cancel after payment

4) Start of performance and delivery

We begin work immediately after payment is successfully completed (“Start of Performance”).

We deliver the Digital Deliverable as a PDF report to the email address provided in the order. We guarantee delivery within 48 hours from successful payment.

If you believe you did not receive your deliverable, contact us at roeluweb@gmail.com and we will help resolve delivery issues (for example, resending the report to the correct email address).

5) Immediate performance acknowledgement (statutory-rights notice)

By completing a purchase, you request immediate performance of the digital service. Where any statutory withdrawal/cancellation right could otherwise apply, you acknowledge that such a right may be lost once Start of Performance begins, as permitted for digital services/digital content supplied online.

6) No guarantees

Our Digital Deliverables provide findings and recommendations based on the information available at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (for example: rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue).
